We are NOT!

We are NOT a flying club!

We do NOT provide flight training and we are NOT a flight training organization!

We are NOT a special, closed or formal group of people, just passionate aviators coming together.

We are NOT just pilots, among us are enthusiasts who simply enjoys a private aviation lifestyle.

You can be part of our contributor team and ambassadors anytime!
In true multi-cultural and bondaryless spirit, our core team and contributors consists of aviators based at various Asian countries. From their home base, they travel all over Asia to cover events and aviation stories.

Our administrative head office is in Singapore, however our activities and footprints can be found all over Asia because we travel and fly frequently to various General Aviation watering holes.

Rod Leonard (Contributor)
Capt Rod learned to fly after leaving high school in April 1967. After obtaining his PPL, he worked on his family sugarcane farm for years before managing a loan to pursue a CPL in 1974. Thereafter he tried to get a full-time flying but was fruitless, so he proceeded to apply for and received his Air Operator’s Certificate on 7th Dec 1974. And off he headed, to set the charter world on fire! Since then, he progressed through several aircrafts type until his present machine, Navajo VH-WHE. Capt Rod has flown charters all over northern Australia, Papua New Guinea, Indonesia and SE Asia; clocked over 13000 hours.

Women's Network

WingsOverAsia.com Women's Network
There are many women in Asia passionate about private aviation as well. However, due to the traditionally male-predominant environment, women who dream of flying seldom talk to other females about it whereas those who does embark on flying seldom engage other females in a conversation about it because they often step into a male-dominated environment when they fly.

WingsOverAsia.com's network of the fairer sex aims to change that and inspire more women to embark and fulfilling their aspirations of private aviation as well. If you think you like to join the team, Email Us!
